Landlords update:
- We are providing Roofing/ gutter maintenance service to minimise the risks of roofing leakage due to blocked gutter.
- Landlords on fixed term contract wanting property handed over earlier than end of fixed term, we will charge break fee & admin fee to recover our cost for releasing the property before the fixed term ends. Unless via mutual agreement
- For properties on Periodic Tenancy, we will require 30 days written notice from landlord to release the property.
